I checked out your link to the Mariah Jade Shrimp company. Charming site! If I could, I would be ordering their 5 pound-er. I can't actually afford shrimp from any source , but it was so nice to see what one family is doing to buck the tide, so to speak. Small operations are the key to conservation in many realms. Humongous corporate farmers on land and sea are the least interested in stewardship and slowest to retool if they finally "get it."
