Hi all,

I thought this would look better alphaed; so I've written a script which runs every three hours on my server - it grabs the image, copies the same image over the alpha channel and saves as a PNG.

Have a look at the attached KMZ. I can provide the code if someone wants to do a mirror - you need Perl+ImageMagick.
