You know that Japanese call their country "Nihon", Egypt men call their country "Al-Mesr", Morocco men call it "Al-Maghreb". We (Iranians) call Germany as Alman. (I think this should be some french pron). Why do you think that we have to force others to call somewhere as we call it?!
Absolutely you know that outside of our country Iran, they called it "Persia", but about 70 years ago the fool Iranian king asked the world to call it "Iran" as we call it here!
Now you can see that too many people all around the world think that Iran is another name of Iraq. Most of peoples think Iranians are Arab!
I think if you really love your homeland, try correcting this mis-thoughts!
If you really want to change a name, try changing Iran to Persia!
