MapAction.org is posting updated maps with damage assessments of the recent quake in Kashmir. They are working with the UN Emergency Response Center in Islamabad. You can find the maps here:

Hopefully I'll be able to make a KML from their maps soon, but if someone else wants to do it/collaborate on it, that would be fantastic. I'm thinking clickable placemarks, not image overlays.
