I have seen that xaidi has placed a lot of placemarks. It is good to see that people are doing some thing good. I have just started to check the placemarks and have found some are way out of the mark. Here are a few examples .

24 51 01 N 67 02 31 E is marked as Kidney centre which it is not , they are bungalows of a housing scheme. The kidney centre is at 24 51 00 N 67 02 37E

24 51 14 N 67 02 27 E is marked as National institute of child(NICH) is basically Boys hostel for Sind medical college. The NICH is at 24 51 13 N 67 02 30 E. Although it is just next to the hostel still it is not correct.

I hope that these mistakes are not due to something wrong with my google earth software as the place marks i have placed seem to stay where i put them. I also hope that accuracy of the placemarks is kept in mind.
It is still good to see that people have interest in their city.
