The site to the SE of Moscow that looked a bit like an ABM site in low-rez is now available in hi-rez, and it is clear that it is not and probably never was related to the ABM system. But it does look like quite an interesting place, apparently involved in satellite operations or perhaps space tracking. The site seems to have quite high security and contains 18 or so satellite dishes and radomes.

Does anyone know what the place does or who operates it?
