You are right, Klimovsk is not a missle site. Its a some kind of storage ang supply base. You can see a large hangars and a railroad coming to it. It is situated a the inner SA-1 ring so most probably it is a abandoned supply base for SA complexes.
Kolodkino also doesn't seem like missle site to me. It has a railroad and 2 large bunkers, but nothing which looks like launchers or radars.
If we look on the positions of the all known Galosh sites, from the point of the symmetry, we can assume that Kirilovo could be the right place for Galosh. Possibly it was both a missle site and command centre.
The rest 2 sites should be at the SE. Possibly one of them was here ( 55 9'11.66"N 3823'4.32"E ). Now it is some satellite communication centre. Other one should be here ( 5522'0.08"N 3844'32.93"E ), but I don't see anything like that. May be it was not finished at all and exist only in project. At soviet times a missle threat was expected mostly from North and West and SE direction was the least important.
