Some additional info about number of Galosh sites (4 + 5 = ?):

By 1971 four launch complexes of old "Yenisey" type was almost accomplished. But in that time new slightly upgraded "Tobol" launch complex was developed. After that three of that complexes was finished as "Yeniseys" and the rest five complexes (including one of the Yeniseys) became "Tobols".

So finally we had 3 Yeniseys and 5 Tobols.

In 1973 it was decided to build 3 new complexes. A building of one of them was begun near Serpukhov. But soon this decision was cancelled and system remains in former composition of 8 launch complexes.
