I am trying to get geo names for these affected places from http://gnswww.nga.mil/geonames/GNS/index.jsp. My net connection is slow and not able to download the shapefiles in big chunk. If you are interested, please try.
The main area is in these bound 34N - 35 N and 73E- 74E
