Hmm...I checked it out and apparently you are still downloading the nested network links when it loads. I suggest you turn on the option View-Based Refresh -> On Request for all the links except the default one, so that the user has to turn on the nested network link to request it to download.

It does appear to come up faster, but it's still downloading the data (from what I can see).
