With my new job, I don't have the time that I used to and Declan's map is much more authoritative.

Either way, yes, anxiety abounds. However, I believe that it is possible to be prepared for whatever God throws at us. Mentally and physically. As you stated, the world has endured many disasters recently - natural and otherwise - and without these tragedies I, for one, certainly wouldn't be as prepared as I am now. dh was impressed at the supplies I had to hand when Rita was approaching (we're in Houston). And I dare say he will be equally impressed when the flu is knocking on the door.
