As version 3.0.0739 of Google Earth (maybe also 3.0.0693 ?) now allows image referencing from within the information pop-up's, I now integrated the icon images into the placemark file (hope CIA won't mind, pleeease ).

This allows for an immediate availability of all icons, without having to wait for the download. But, as I mentioned, I don't know if the flags in the pop-up's work with versions below 3.0.0739 (I would recommend to update anyway).

So, please re-download the placemarks from the first post in this thread.
