There is a bug in this latest release. The islands of St. Martin and St. Barthelemy were recently added to the Factbook, and are in your layer. However, the location of the markers for these two places in the layer are way off in the sea from their location on the map. I checked the coordinates for both islands in the World Factbook and in Wikipedia; it appears the coordinates for these islands in the Factbook are incorrect and the coordinates given by Wikipedia are correct. I found this out by running Google maps. In summary, the correct coordinates for these islands are:

St. Barthelemy: 17�54 N, 62�50 W

St. Martin: 18�04 N, 63�03 W
