You're right. The problem is, that my placemarks are auto-generated from the data available at this CIA page. The coordinates given for St. Barthelemy (17 90 N, 62 85 W) are not only incorrect, they're even invalid.

But, I cannot correct individual coordinates by hand. This would mean, that every time CIA makes amendments to their pages, I would have to go through the complete list of some 266 entries and check their correctness.

So maybe you might check here: https://www.cia.gov/contact-cia/index.html and inform them directly of the incorrect entries. Next time the placemarks are re-generated, those crrections will be included.
