Well obviously the borders as drawn in GE are inaccurate and there was little likelihood the US Air Force was negligent enough to have placed an ICBM launch facility in Canada. I wonder what that would have done to target accuracy !.

If you pan to the east a bit, you'll see where the US/Canadian border crossing exists on Interstate 87. The actual border is quite evident to the east and west of the crossing point and is 750 meters or so, north of F1
