This works great for files that are not too large and do not have an enormous amount of inner holes. However, I have been working with another problem. It seems that when a file gets too large or seems to have too many holes within one polygon, then it shows up in GE inside out or with no color. You can see this in the file I have attached.

I have been working with this problem for awhile, and it seems as if GE cannot handle more than 2400 points within one single polygon. If I divide a large polygon into two smaller polygons, then it seems to show up just fine.

Any ideas?
