I wonder if its your new "fixes" that makes it run like crap. It used to be a smoth scroll across the world, now it stutters and jerks.
I wonder what it is with this "get the latest version of the drivers" mania - all support people in the world (and their hamsters) seem to chant this - though if you go to ATI they say DONT just download a driver because we make a new version. Only do it if you have a problem.

Its also annoying you always have the "Set Google as my default search engine in Internet Explorer" thing ticked. NO. If I want that I'll set it in explorer.

Oh good - the licensekey is so much easier to remember than some silly password.

And you still screw people over with the look of the scroll bars (ie, you ignore what people have chosen in Windows)

Funny, GE seems to run as smooth as ever on my HP 1270 Media Center PC. It's got an ATI X300 graphics card with 128MB (stock, came with the PC) and I have never had any problems with smoothly scrolling or such. I've never had to upgrade the driver either.

Be glad that you can quite easily uncheck that Google search item if you wish. At least it is plainly visible when doing the installation. I can't blame them for setting it as a default.
