OK, and between 3.0.0693 and 3.0.0762 the behavior has changed such that GE now ignors the registry entry and simply plops the files under the current user profile. Now I'll have to undo putting my files under the All User profile, etc... Will end up doing a bit more testing to see if the HKLM entry pointing to the profile of the user which installed GE is actually used.
