Just a hint to what I think will work, try having your excel spreadsheet use your parameters to construct a kml file. After you save that file, you should be able to execute it, because of the KML file association with GE.

If you need help constructing the KML, open one up, take a look, and if you still have problems check back here, or in the KML forum.
