What a great post! I have been working on the city of Moscow (where i lived for many years) as well!!! I have a lot of additions already to your map (see the post here). Maybe we can work together and create one definate version?

Your map had two mistakes:
The foreign ministry (MID) is not where you placed it, that building is the red army central command office. The MID must be somwhere near the Moscow zoo, but i didnt find it yet.

The space obelisk is not inside the VVts, it is outside (where i placed it).
