Hi!

There do seem to be some strange occurances of metal roof glare in Moscow. One particularly suspicious occurance would be the building on Kutuzovskii Prospekt where Brezhnev and cronies used to live. They had a big plaque on it when I was there in 1993. I assume that the building is still filled with bigwigs.

Look how all the other metal roofs in the neighborhood don't have nearly the same glare.

Or am I just being completely paranoid?
