Our Alma - Mater is a century old!

Revolutions, wars, years have gone. The Ancient walls of the University became a little older because of time and storms, but life in the University is going on. We are developing and improving. Every year new faculties, specialties and chairs are created. Following old traditions of Russian high education we train teachers, economists, sociologists, pharmacists, ecologists.

Founded as a �perfect educational establishment� Mendeleev University did not fail.

Today Mendeleev University trains specialists for almost all brunches of industry. Among graduates there are outstanding scientists, politicians, directors of scientific and industrial centers, famous journalists etc. Scientific and pedagogical schools of Mendeleev University gain worldwide acceptance and popularity.

The University was founded by people of XIX century and now we grow up specialists for XXI century.
