You're doing a great job. It took me a while to find a way to ask you "why the spiral?" but having got here I already know now. It's quite weird though, zooming in on Baghdad and seeing this spiral. I thought these were geographical locations of incidents! "What incredibly subtle game is being played here?" I asked myself.

Anyway, it's an elegant solution to recording incidents without actually obliterating the map.
