It would be real interesting to see your spirals if the US and her allies were to pull out, the country would be in a civil war in no time. Removing Saadam Husein was really no different than removing marshal Tito from Yugoslavia, The balkans have been in a civil war ever since the fall of Tito. If the US were to prematurely leave it would leave a power void in the region. This would fuel an all out civil war, followed by the invasion of Iran, who was at war with Iraq for 10 yrs. The death of innocent civillans would be horrendus if we were to leave. For the record I was not for the invasion being a veteran, I find it disturbing for our leaders to play politial chess with the armed forces. But that being said, the genie is out of the bottle you cannot leave until Iraq can govern itself.
