I was about to post my thoughts on this, but searching turned up your mark.

I don't think it's a Type 22 Batch 3 Frigate, which would be the four you listed. Without a cannon, it can't be an active Type 3. I'm thinking right now it's a Batch 2. (Batch 1 are only 430 feet long, so that's out of the question)
Given that it's a Batch 2, the entire list of options would be:
F92 Boxer
F93 Beaver
F94 Brave
F95 London
F96 Sheffield
F98 Coventry
I think we can strike the F-92 Boxer as it's shown in Portsmouth with a different aft shape. The F-93 Beaver was sold for scrap in 2001 which should predate these images enough to rule that one out too. The HMS Brave was sunk along with the HMS Boxer in 2004. They probably would have been kept closer together, so it's also probably not the F-94 Brave either.
The HMS London, HMS Coventry and HMS Sheffield were decommissioned and sold to foreign navies in 2003.
HMS Sheffield - Chile
HMS Coventry and HMS London - Romania
It seems very likely to be one of the last 3 and that might explain some of the missing hardware up front. The Batch 2 had horizontal launch tubes up front rather than a cannon. I believe the tubes were for the Stingray torpedoes.
