If Santa carried one 1.5 kg parcel to each of the 1.3 billion houses in tthe world on the night of 24th Dec.
He would have to travel at 54.16 million k/m/p carring a load of 1.950,000 tonnes.
Now travelling at this speed with this load, Santa would quickly reach what aeronuatical engineers call the 'Thermal Thicket'. This is a heating effect caused by air friction rubbing against the structure of a moving object.
A load that heavy, travellng at that speed, would reach an external temp of 3,200,000 degrees C in 0.000,0045 milliseconds .
Poor Santa would Vapourize so fast--- he would not know a thing about it.
Poor Santa
ps Happy Christmas
