The site you've identified as #4, just east of Wichita on Hwy 400 is indeed the location of site 533-4, the 4th site of the 533rd Strat Msl Sq, Titan II. I should know, I spend more than a year underground there (not all at once!) in the 70's. The Titan II's were liquid-fueled, and dangerous. After two very major accidents, they were deactivated in the 80's.
