Great collection of eco layers, I'm working on a GE-layer about thermoregulation, I think the same topic. We made a pretty big collection infrared images of animals to learn a little about their energy-efficiėncy tools. It should be possible to put the right animal more or less at the right spot (a polar bear on the pole, a lion in africa) and include their most important thermoregulating tools (fat, feathers, migration, color, things like that).
