The latitude of several of the image frames I've looked at in South Korea are off by a second. For instance, the Seoul Tower is georeferenced 1 second, or 35 meters, farther north than it actually is.

I have a question. Google Earth acquires most of its imagry from Digital Glode. Is it already georefenced when the get it, or does the Google Earth team georefence it themselves?
