I believe you are noting that the highest point of Janos Hegy is not correctly located. Google's terrain data is 90-meter, meaning a sample is taken every 90 meters. Therefore, the offset you note is generally within that range.

I note in passing that the runway data for Budapest International airport shows the current imagery for that city (except for the northeast corner) is now very well aligned. It's about the best I have seen anywhere - which you can confirm from the attached placemark showing the precise runway locations.

While Google has worked on more accurately pinpointing the terrain of global mountain locations in recent months, that peak was probably not on their initial list. Google does not pre-announce their data upgrade actions, but you can make your requests known to Google by following Lrae's instructions in THIS POSTING.
