By the look of the shape of the shadow, the plane is most likely a Orion naval reconacence plane.
The long pice on the end of the plane houses submarine tracking stuff.
The exact type is unknown to me but i live near the beach and during the summer we used to see plenty flyby's of these types along the coastline.
