Model is based on three reference values - base diameter (40.3 m), the first ring diameter (32.3 m), section heigth (25 m). That is all I managed to find out in Internet and library of Moscow Institute of Architecture. All other dimensions are reconstructed from photos. I used about ten photos from different points. Independent calculations have good correspondence with each other so I hope that model accuracy is about 0,1 m (of course only if reference values are correct). I'd like to compare my results with real data... But I suppose it is a top secret of KGB
