No, MapMonkey. Do you understand that means Official? From a legal point of view? This is the idea when I use "wrong" word. I ask for the official name independent of the language. This is not about a language, this is not about politics. This is valid for all the Earth.

In the case of Catalonia, I'm asking for the official names, official in Catalonia and all around Spain.

Today my complain is also in the main Internet newspaper in Catalan:

http://www.vilaweb.cat/www/noticia?p_idcmp=1851475

For exemple, here there is the official names of Valencia Country:

http://www.cult.gva.es/SALT/salt_topo_muni.htm

Both in Catalan. Translations into English: http://www.comprendium.es/.

For those political biased, Valencia Country is governed by Popular Party (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Partido_Popular), not by any pro independence Party.

Guys, I'm proposing a criteria for placename.

PS: By the way, from a linguistic point of view (Science, not politics), Spanish names are exonyms in the Catalan linguistic area.
