My program is just imperfect and needs to be restarted from time to time. It should work now.
Unfortunately, my laptop (on which I keep all my development tools) is going in for repairs this week. I plan on getting to writing a new version of the server next week.

If anybody wants the program to run on their own machine, you can grab a copy here. It requires the Microsoft .NET framework version 1.1, which you can get from Windows Update.
Of course, I believe my software to be completely safe and virus-free, but I take no responsibility for any problems you may have.
All the program does is connect to the Intuicom server, receives a stream of NMEA sentences, decodes them, and writes a fresh copy of Busses.kml in its working directory every time there's an update, around a couple times a second.
It does not accept any incoming network connections whatsoever- to host the file on the internet you must supply your own web server.
