It turns out (to my surprise) that this is actually a PVO radar station for observing NATO ships and aircraft operating all over Turkey:

Do you know anything about those radars? The last one is apparently a "19Zh6" centimeter-band radars.

I can't believe the size of the radomes they built to house those things... Why?! Does this site have a NATO codename?
