On second thought, I went ahead and incorporated the new stuff now. The placemark in the first post is now updated. Browse around through the folders to see what's in there. Lots of stuff has been added, and some site IDs have been fixed as well. Three S-300V locations are in there, as are a bunch of identifiable SAM garrisons in Russia.
