Great work CyberZorglup, it is really nice when modelers are able to get spec sheets for replica's.

yep, we have something in common, about a month ago i found this website ( http://voyager.cet.edu/iss/designdrawings/dcindex.html )and started developing the model based on the engineering specs.

I was doing a little bit work here and a little bit work there, then one evening just_after telling my wife "i havent seen a space station modeled yet in GE" .... what do i see in the GE models forum

"SPACE ElEVATOR" by GERARDO !!!!

it was Gerardo's post of "shuttle over the andes", that prompted my incentive to do a 3d space model, this made the first GE space model by YOU KNOW WHO a little easier to stomach (HA ! ).

so the ISS is on the back burner for now, nothing like having the wind taken out of your sails, huh ? *grin*

i find it humoring how the net has the ability to connect people on similar wavelengths ....

If anyone finds the specs at this site useful ...... Model it !
http://voyager.cet.edu/iss/designdrawings/dcindex.html

the model i started is just simmering away on the hard drive .... perhaps i will get back to it some day, but for the summer months i will be slow on modeling because of sailing !!!!....
