I assist with the IT department at my childrens school and have put together a kmz of some ways that Google Earth could be used in a classroom situation.

It is by no means comprehensive but was put together to demonstrate the functunality to teachers. (Something I have been asked to do for a number of schools in a rural cluster including Primary and Secondary schools).

Some of the tours have been posted before (ie. The london attacks) and I by no means am claiming credit for the efforts of others that have been put in to them.
