Here is KMZ for Stage 14 - mountain stage.
I could not accurately locate Port de Pailhres (Cat H), the highest peak of this stage. Went thru the road between, couldn't find 2001m elevation point. If somebody know where it exactly is, pls let us know.
Also, I shuold say that all of the placemarks do not represent excact location of the TdF route/distance/points, except the finish line. All infomation I got is name of the town and distance from letour.fr website, then Google Earth Search will just tell where the town locates. So I could just guess the larger road between would be the one. But there are multipul choices of road expecially large cities.
If somebody knows good source of route info, that's highly appreciated.
Anyhow this KMZ and Google Earth app are way enough to enjoy the route and help you while watching live coverage
