The name "Pakistan" means "Land of the Pure" in Urdu and Persian and was coined in 1933 by Choudhary Rahmat Ali, who published it in the pamphlet Now or Never as an acronym of the names of the "Muslim homelands" of western India; P for Punjab, A for Afghania (the Afghan areas), K for Kashmir, S for Sindh and tan for Balochistan. An i was later added to the English rendition of the name to ease pronunciation.

Gilgit, Skardu, Nanga Parbat Fairy Meadows side, part of Hispar Glacier in a long chaipi, a couple of chaipis on high peaks like K6 (Baltistan peak), Khaplu etc, Chilas, Sazin

Azad Kashmir
several chapis, the area bordering with Northern Areas and with Indian Occ Kashmir)

NWFP
Peshawar, a long chaipi from below Chitral down to Swat, several chaipis in Tribal Areas, FATA etc

Punjab
Lahore of course, Sargodha, Multan, several others

Sindh
Around Karachi new chaipis, lower Sindh Indus Gorge several chaipis, west of Karachi towards Balochistan several chaipis along the coast and above it
