Try a search for +night +day and you will find there is a number of threads about it. To get the search click 'Search' in the header bar, (dont use the Google search box at the very top, it doesnt seem to work as well IMHO which is actully a shock),

anyway, you will need to enter the plus signs to get it to find both words and I recommending choosing 'subject' rather than 'subject and body', just after the text entry box, so as to only search the titles rather than the whole text box, which would return many more hits....
