Shipwreck, the name of the Ship was The Goslar.
This ship is an Old Warship that did it's job long ago in the second world war, it sunk just there in the suriname river, where it is stil.
This ship wil never be removed from its place, because many small boats with passengers use the waters surrounding it, to get to the other side, namely Commewijne.
It is said, that this shipwreck, when removed wil create enormous waterswirls that could potentialy bring small ships down.
That is the only reason why this ship is stil hanging arround for ever passerby to see hehe...it is a subject in surinamese history classes.
