That's great to hear your interest in Bible studies Scott. What has gripped me is the Old Testament battles. Its really come alive. Especially the whole story of Saul and Jonathan and the battle that took place at Micmash.

Anyhow, I do have one question regarding the new locations you suggested.

Regarding the Hazor site.

According to the UNESCO World Heritage locations the placemark I indicated is the Hazor mentioned in the Bible.
Tel Hazor: 330'59" N, 3534'1" E

There is a town of Hatzor marked further south, but as the ISBE suggests, many of the modern towns of the same name have shifted from the original sites.
Hazor: 3258'38.96"N, 3532'36.42"E

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

John.
