My father was on a mountaintop in Alaska that was leveled to make way for a radar station. I think it was Indian Mountain. I guess there were worse places the USAF could send a boy in 1968!

I love this Google Earth stuff! It just lights my imagination up. I see these strange shapes from high altitude and wander in, looking at different combinations of overlays. Cool stuff indeed.
