The PIN-4 site that you weren't able to pinpoint is at about 68deg45'N, 109deg05'W - about 30 km southwest of Byron Bay.

I work on the environmental cleanup and demolition of the old DEW Line facilities not needed for the NWS operation for the Canadian sites and spend a summer at a different site each year - was at PIN-4 in 2003.
