This file contains the capitals of all African countries. I arranged the order, tilt and range for using it as a tour. Maybe a tour is helpful for learning the capitals from a non-eurocentric perspective, but actually I did it just for getting in practice with GE . If there are mistakes or a capital is missing, please let me know.
By the way: I think there's at least one mistake in the GE 'borders'-layer. It is listing Dar es Salaam as the capital of Tanzania. But this is seat of government, official capital is Dodoma, isn't it?!
