When time permits please review the attachment to this post.

It is the same parcel map as my previous post with the exception that the
parcel pgons were shifted N .18 prior to export from ESRI.

In the views N, S, E, W you will note the bldg structures of the GE aerial now fall within the parcel boundaries of the ESRI export.

toggle the model off and note the fence lines in the GE aerial
toggle the model back on and note parcel lines coencide with the GE aerial.


still curious why this occurs ...any ideas?
