Sorry I answear this, instead of Valery but I think I can help you.

First you can convert the RSS to a GeoRSS (if the RSS feed havs some geographical info). For this look at this Tutorial.

Once youve created a kmz, you can follow this Tutorial to place that kmz in Google Maps.
