This data layer appears to be broken right now. It worked briefly yesterday and now I can't get it to function. A co-worker is having the same problem.

It may be a problem with the NOAA server as the error message says, "Fetch of NetworkLink "NE US Radar" failed (http://wdssii.nssl.noaa.gov/NE/MergedReflectivityQComposite.kml): Http: File Not Found."

This is similar to the error message which appears when attempting to display any of the overlays.

I attempted redownloading the KML, but I get the same results.
