The original version still works. Sometimes if I have a problem like that I just exit the program (after saving the new placemarks) and restart it, and that helps. But on this particular overlay there is in fact a new version, adding transparency to radeon's original Global Cloud Map. It's in the same thread, titled Now with Transparency! (was Re: Global Cloud Map) and was posted by ChrisMDP on 09/22/05.
